We have a compelling opportunity for a Manager of Mobile & Immersive Technology Innovation in support of opportunities in the area of Research and Data Sciences in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our team consists of a diverse talent pool of instructional designers, educational psychologists, software engineers, multimedia developers, user experience (UX) designers, artists, writers, and creative professionals that creates conceptual design solutions for training and information projects in digital media including immersive environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate learning theories, cognitive and technological processes, and resources. Responsibilities:
Provide operational oversight, planning, and development of multimedia, mobile, gaming and 3D projects.
Provide and manage production schedules and quality control
Manage a team of professionals, Act as a leader and mentor to a team
Responsible for understanding and planning training for assigned team
Conduct / provide research and development of new technologies to solve adaptive training challenges, provide solutions
Support business development activities related to mobile and immersive technologies
Solid understanding of current and future technologies
Expertise in research and development of creative solutions to complex information technology challenges.
Experience with management of all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, scope, quality and customer expectations.
iPhone – iPad Native Development (Objective C)
Android Native Development (Java, JNI (C))
Experience in database design and SQL
Expertise in mobile application development
Expertise in Client and Server Side web development
Expertise in gaming development and 3D centric pipelines using Unity3D, and Maya
Three or more years of experience programming in Actionscript 3.0
Advanced knowledge of Flex/Flash Builder, Flex Framework, Adobe AIR Runtime, and SCORM 1.2/2004
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven, successful supervisory and mentoring experience
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Masters in Software Design and Development or related field 10+ years’ experience in the related field
“The yearly compensation range for this role is: Minimum- $106,560 to Maximum- $159,840. The successful candidate will be offered a yearly compensation that aligns with their individual skills and experience as it directly relates to the position requirements.
