PlanOmatic Contractor for Property Assessments

Our Property Insights team members will be collecting data onsite that will help rental investors acquire and renovate properties to quickly prepare to lease. Investors then use data collected by our contractors to make important investment decisions. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential to be successful.

This is a part-time, independent contracting position.

The position:

As an assessor of investment properties, you will access homes and use a smartphone and tablet to create a detailed floor plan and a property condition report. Some homes will also require the creation of a 3D tour.

Appointment times are set by our scheduling team. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, flexible and great with working on a site with multiple people present.*

Experience with floor plans, property assessment and inspections is a plus, but not a requirement. We have an orientation plan in place to guide all new contractors in the creation of PlanOmatic products.
