The vision of JSX is to provide simple and joyful air travel – reigniting the lost wonder and exhilaration of flying. JSX launched service in April 2016 selling daily flights on 30-seat jets between major West Coast destinations. By coupling the ease, speed, and convenience of the private flying ground experience, with the flight frequency and fares of commercial airlines, JSX has quickly grown in both size & popularity and today, offers over 300 flights between private terminals on the West Coast. About YOU:
To be a successful Sr. Analyst, PSS & Distribution candidate you must be prepared to support a broad range of customer-focused initiatives from a back-office perspective and prioritize each appropriately. You will be an active participant in discussions about the future of the JSX product offering in order to ensure that commercial and customer experience priorities are addressed by IT solutions in both the near- and long-term, and make recommendations to executive leadership when required.

Essential Outcomes:
- Administer configurations in New Skies and related systems to ensure that business needs are met
- Build and maintain the relationship between JSX and Navitaire as the product owner for New Skies
- Advocate for New Skies product enhancements that benefit JSX
- Lead web and mobile development contractors in updating the JSX website and mobile app
- Manage UAT cycles and provide customer sign-off for New Skies, web, and mobile deployments
- Work with strategic partners, including codeshare carriers, to facilitate targeted distribution of JSX flights and fares
- Serve as an internal consultant to provide technical guidance and in-depth support for PSS-dependent projects and initiatives across the company
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for end user training materials
- Promote product enhancements to drive Crewmember buy-in
- Establish and cultivate relationships with other ZED carriers to enhance the non revenue travel program
Required Education & Experience:
- 2+ years experience with passenger service systems beyond the end-user level
- 4+ years air carrier operations experience
- Experience with Tableau preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic perspective
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated technical writing skills
- Aptitude for customer experience optimization
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule to coordinate with a global network of contractors and vendors
